The sashimi is a 3-piece platter of seasonal local fish, allowing you to experience the fresh flavor of local fish! The teppanyaki is Murakami beef steak and vegetables, with an exquisite aroma and tender meat. The red snow crab shell platter shipped directly from Sado has a rich crab flavor. The grilled dishes include salt-grilled rosy seabass, grilled and pickled salmon, Tochio fried tofu, and salmon roe pickled in soy sauce. For the main dish, choose from Echigo Golden Pork Kakuni or a seasonal Niigata dish.The final dish is a refreshing one, with Kashiwazaki's specialty, sea bream chazuke.Finally, we were very satisfied with the dessert.
